The Person Behind SheetHub

SheetHub is written and maintained by Iwan Efendi, a spreadsheet practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience building operational tools in Excel and Google Sheets — from financial models and inventory trackers to automated reporting pipelines for small teams. Iwan's work has always lived on the practical side of spreadsheets: cleaning messy imports, debugging formulas that "almost" work, designing dashboards that people actually use, and squeezing reliable automation out of functions like LAMBDA, QUERY, and XLOOKUP long before they became trendy. Every tutorial on this site starts the same way: a real problem, solved in a real spreadsheet, verified cell by cell. If a formula appears on SheetHub, it has been executed and tested — not theorized.

Why SheetHub Exists

SheetHub was built to make spreadsheet knowledge easier to apply in real work, not just easier to read. Many tutorials explain features, but fewer explain practical execution. SheetHub focuses on that gap: clear steps, realistic context, and output that can be reused by teams who work with Excel and Google Sheets every day.

What We Publish

The platform is centered on practical content:
